Business Development Executive

If you are someone who enjoys talking to customers, understanding what they actually need, and staying consistent with follow-ups until things move forward — this role will feel natural to you.

In this role, you will be handling enquiries, guiding customers towards the right solution, and working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into orders.

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be comfortable learning, handling conversations, and taking ownership of moving things ahead.

  • Spotting and working on business opportunities

Identifying business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships  
Implementing effective sales strategies
Market research to identify gaps and opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and guide customers clearly 
  • Follow up consistently until closure 
  • Explain products in simple, practical terms 
  • Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking 
  • Coordinate for demos and execution
  • Handle basic objections (price / comparison) 

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 1–5 years in Sales / Business Development
  • Comfortable in English & Hindi
  • Able to handle conversations and follow-ups independently
  • Willing to work with targets 

Nice to have

  • B2B or technical product exposure
  • CRM / lead tracking experience
  • Additional regional language 
  • Open to travel if required
