As an employee of Maxsell ,you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of an organization. One of their key responsibilities is maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This involves recording all financial transactions, tracking expenses, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Accountants also prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's financial position.
In addition, accountants are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. They stay informed about changes in accounting principles and tax laws, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure the company's adherence to legal requirements.
Working closely with management to develop financial plans and strategies. They analyze financial data to provide insights that assist in decision-making and help optimize resource allocation. Another crucial aspect of their role involves internal and external auditing.
Effective communication and collaboration with other departments, especially finance, operations, and management, are essential for accountants. They may provide financial insights, offer recommendations for cost reduction or revenue enhancement, and contribute to overall business planning.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, conducting audits, and providing valuable financial insights to support informed decision-making within the organization.

Must Have
- 4+ years in finance and operations (minimum 1+ years in a similar role).
- Strong accounting knowledge, Indian IT, GST, TDS, and customs
- Advanced Tally,ERP(Odoo or Similar),and advanced Excell.
- Ability to design MIS reports and use AI tools for finance/operations
- Leadership in managing interdepartmental activities, especially inventory and operations.
