Responsibilities
- Technical Issue Troubleshooting
- Ticket Management- Track & Managing Service Tickets
- Resolve customer issues with software, hardware, and networking
- Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and resolve system issues
- Prioritize and categorize tickets by severity
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Customer Centric
- Hands on Experience in Teamviewer & AnyDesk
- Speak - English, Hindi is must
- Fast Learner & Energetic
- 2 years+ Experience in Technical support
Nice to have
- Experience in MIS
- Exposure to CRM or Ticketing
- Additional languages
- Exposure to hardware diagnostics
